Bar Chart with embedded aggregations
In the Bar Chart widget it is now possible to add Aggregated Value elements to be placed above the graph and display additional information (e.g. the sum of all bar values). In this way, the Console user can more easily define templates, reducing the number of widgets needed to display valuable information.
Within the DPS, users can access information relevant to their activities more quickly. A bakery Operation Manager can immediately see the total number and the daily average number of bakings made in a given time period.
Pareto Chart
In the Bar Chart widget, you can enable the Pareto Line, which displays a line over the bars highlighting the user with the cumulative percentage with respect to the bars that are represented in descending order. In accordance with the 80-20 Rule, bars located after the 80% point, are displayed in gray, bringing attention to what is important for the user.
A Service Technician performing diagnostics on a machine focuses on what generated 80% of the problems in a given time period (red bars below).
Map with preselected filters
When using the Map widget, you can now define which are the map filters to be pre-selected when entering the page of the DPS.
For instance a Service Manager, by entering its Overview page can immediately be highlighted to the presence of products with active problems.
Customer users, who manage a fleet of products, can also take advantage of this function to improve their work activities.
Statistic-based properties improvements
The way properties are bound to statistics has been simplified, and it is now possible to select the resource on which the statistic works, and the aggregation to be performed even on specific properties of the underlying object (e.g. Sum of Daily Production of each Thing).
DPS audit refactoring
The audit of user activities performed in the DPS has been refactored, and events have been migrated to a new data structure that makes queries easier and faster.
You can use the new Audit Event List widget, which can be used to filter events by user navigation context and parent business entity.
Events can be filtered by type, text key and period.
In this way, managers can monitor what other users are doing in the DPS. For example, an Operation Manager can monitor what parameters have been updated and what commands have been executed on a given product. A Back-Office user can check who has updated a customer's metadata or deleted a product in the DPS.
Note that, during the Servitly update, existing audit events will be unavailable for a few hours until the migration is complete. New events will be correctly saved in the new data structure without interruption.
Bug fixes (DPS)
- The user profile page was using a simple HTML select field instead of Angular Material Select for the Language, Locale, and Time Zone fields. If you have defined a custom CSS, verify that these fields show up correctly.
- Fixed missing localizable labels (top bar title, map widget statuses, tags management dialog labels, customer type).
- Work sessions manual creation was not possible when using an inherited work session definition.
