With this release we are pleased to announce the introduction of Predefined Insights that can be used to get more value from your product data. These insights will cover various Topics, such as Connection, Availability, Health, Productivity and other. To get more on Topics you can refer to the Servitly Academy.
Connection Index Insight
The first Insight that we made available is the Connection Index that help you monitor how products are connected to the DPS, and let your users identify connectivity issues (e.g. low signal, continuous reconnections).
This insight comes with a set of predefined templates that provide various users of DPS with detailed views based on their needs. For example, the Service Managers use an analytical approach, so they need aggregated information, while Technicians may require more detailed information.
Here is an example of a ready-to-use template bundled with Connection Index insight.
Other than topic-based Insights, you can use the new utility insight called Weighted Average, allowing to combine multiple insights into one synthetic value.
You can define KPIs for your product to be used for statistical purposes, searching and sorting within the DPS.
