New PDS user management page

Within the Organization or Customer Accounts page, the Users page has been improved, and it is now possible, in addition to direct users, to manage external users belonging to other related business entities. For example, an OEM Back-office user can search for a user in the entire DPS, or an administrator user of a customer can create a user directly on a specific location, or search for a user among all users of that customer.

Notification Management Update

The user profile panel used to manage the notification preferences has been updated by reducing the number of events to notify, and improving the channel selection.  

Also, now when a new user is created, Push notification is automatically enabled if available.

Bug fixes (DPS)

• Adding a new Stripe credit card from the payment methods page was not working properly.
• With an expired JWT cookie, it was not possible to open legal agreements without being redirected to the login page.
• The Data Publishing section within a Thing editing page should not be visible by end-users.
