The Servitly console is a standalone web application you can use to manage your Project and configure all the Environments where the DPS application is deployed.
You can access to the console by navigating this URL
https://console.servitly.com
The console is designed to be accessed with these two account types:
- Company: the owner of the DPS application (e.g. OEM).
Each user under this account can see and configure all the environments of the DPS application, and optionally it is possible to manage multiple DPS applications with different names and purpose. For instance, you want to separate the business from private usage. - Expert Partner: the system integrator organization that configure and manage the DPS application in behalf of the Company. An expert partner can manage multiple companies.
You can leverage these environments types:
- SANDBOX: the environment that can be used to access Servitly feature in advance respect to the production environment. This environment type is available only in the AWS Ireland cloud instance.
To access this environment, you must ask your customer success manager. - DEVELOP: the environment allowing to configure your DPS and test any Servitly feature.
- STAGING: the environment allowing to test the DPS configuration within the same cloud instance as for the PRODUCTION, without using the production data.
- PRODUCTION: is the environment where to deploy the DPS you are offering to end-users.
In order to access a company or an environment, each user in the account must be explicitly authorized.
Company Account
When entering the Console, the page is subdivided in two tabs:
- Environments: the list of configured environments grouped by application name.
- Users & Authorizations: the users registered under this company, and the authorizations between each user and environment.
By clicking on an environment, you can enter the Environment Configuration area.
Expert Partner Account
When entering the Console, the page is subdivided in two tabs:
- Companies: the list of companies managed by the expert partner.
- Users & Authorizations: the users registered under this company, and the authorizations between each user and environment.
By default, you will find only one project, but if you need more than one project, you should contact your assigned Customer Success Manager or write to support@servitly.com.
By clicking on a company box, you can enter the list of project with the configured environments.
By clicking on the ACTIVATE ENVIRONMENT button you can activate the environment and start using it.
By clicking on an environment, you can enter the Environment Configuration area.
