Exploit the connected field service to enhance the maintenance activities.
Plugin Configuration
To enable this plugin, you need to:- Go to the Integrations / Plugins page.
- Select the Business Apps category.
- Locate the ServiceMax card.
- Click on the card switch to activate the plugin.
- Configure the plugin properties and save.
Here is the list of all the properties that can be used in the plugin configuration.

| API Key | The Servitly API Key used by ServiceMax to invocke the Servitly APIs. Type: SELECTION | Mandatory |
| Consumer Key | The ServiceMax account authentication public key. Type: STRING | Mandatory |
| Consumer Secret | The ServiceMax account authentication secret key. Type: PASSWORD | Mandatory |
| Default Organization | The organization used to create ServiceMax users when a user jump to a product dashboard from the ServiceMax page. Type: SELECTION | Optional |
| Default User Type | The user type used to create ServiceMax users. Type: SELECTION | Optional |
